I am a member of the New Jersey State and Federal bars and have worked in the field for over 30 years. I have tried bench trials, jury trials and cases before a Binding Arbitrator including Labor and Employment, Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, Matrimonial and Criminal cases. Maintaining an active litigation practice in labor and employment matters, I have represented corporate clients and plaintiffs in the courts of NJ, NY and abroad.
Recently, I assumed the role as Acting General Counsel to Essex County College. Previously, I served as attorney to the Essex County College Board of Trustees for several decades, Essex County Counsel, Assistant Union County Counsel, General Counsel to the Union County Improvement Authority and Union Township Municipal Prosecutor. I am a former Member of the NJ State Ethics Commission, the District Ethics Committee and the NJ Educational Facilities Authority.
My firm is certified in the State of NJ as a minority owned and controlled company (MBE) as well as a Category 1 approved Small Business (SBE). I speak Spanish fluently.
