Through her experience as a career development adviser in some of the nation’s top universities and diversity + inclusion professional in a Fortune 100 company, she has learned that there is so much more to career + leadership development besides having a high paying job; it's about creating actionable strategies that enable professionals to do more, be more, and achieve more. Her bestselling book, Next Move, Best Move: Transitioning Into a Career You'll Love, was released in June 2021. She is also a bi-weekly career columnist for New York Magazines, The Cut.

Kimberly is a graduate of Long Island University and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Science in Counseling.
