LaTanya N. Buck currently serves as inaugural Dean for Diversity and Inclusion within the Office of the Vice President for Campus Life at Princeton University. She is responsible for providing a vision and integrated programs for diversity, equity and inclusion to enhance campus life mission and goals, as well as to contribute to the achievement of the University's diversity goals.
Buck has established and leads the Office of Diversity and Inclusion-Campus Life, which houses the Carl A. Fields Center for Equality and Cultural Understanding and the Gender + Sexuality Resource Center. She is a member of the campus-wide Senior Diversity Practitioners Group and is one of the several administrators who receive and respond to reports of bias. Additionally, she oversees the university-wide Campus Conversations on Identities initiative.
