Raja Roy, Assistant Professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, earned his Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA. His research explores the role of organization-level capabilities during technological changes in high-tech industries (e.g., machine tools, robotics, image sensors, and spacecrafts) and appears in the Strategic Management Journal, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Research Policy, and other journals. His recent research includes NASA's search for the Ingenuity Martian helicopter and India's search for its first lunar spacecraft, Chandrayaan-1. He holds a B.E. in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University, India.
